What Is EOE?

An unabridged catalog of products, technologies, and practices that can be used to conserve or produce energy.  We intend to catalog everything.  From cutting edge that is still on the lab bench to old old practices that predate  “energy efficiency” as a societal concern.  From what really works to sophisticated “snake oil”, we hope to reveal it all.
